File a public interest litigation in the High Court and demonstrate before the Court the misappropriation of collections, funds etc. which has been happening in the Temple. Request for approval of a judicial commission to inquire into the financial irregularities which have been going on unabated.

Go ahead and file a FIR against them for cheating. If you have relevant evidence and name of the concerned person then the police will not hesitate to lodge an FIR.

You can make representation before the concerned department about this.

If you dont find any action taken by the department despite such complaints, you may make representation to the higher authority/officer about this.

The representation may include many more such people like you, who are interested in safeguarding the temple property.
