I am the Legal Heir of Mrs.Dhanalakshmi,D/O,Late.Thangavelu, thadikombu village, Dindigul taluk, tamil nadu and she is the second wife of my father.they don't have childrens and i am the son of my father's first wife.my father is no more and currently she is under the care of mine.In my step mom house, they are trying to sell the farm land without my concern.i need to file a legal suit against them.i need to trace the survey number of their farm land and i know only their house address.required guidance please

Take search in talathi office to find survey number of farm land
2) file suit and seek injunction restraining sale of farm land

1. If you are not her biological or adopted son then you are not her legal heir.
2. It is not clear from your query as to who is the owner of the farm which you say may be sold by them without your consent.
