I am the Legal Heir of Mrs.Dhanalakshmi,D/O,Late.Thangavelu, thadikombu village, Dindigul taluk, tamil nadu and she is the second wife of my father.they don't have childrens and i am the son of my father's first wife.my father is no more and currently she is under the care of mine.In my step mom house, they are trying to sell the farm land without my concern.i need to file a legal suit against them.i need to trace the survey number of their farm land and i know only their house address.required guidance please

Sir, your step- mom can file a suit for permanent injunction for stopping them to sale out the land .. In further she can also file a suit for declaration and partition for her share

Take search in talathi office to find survey number of farm land
