Hi sir I am selling my appt in Bangalore with registration due on 21st July. As I have already paid the property tax for the financial year 2018 , should I ask the buyer to compensate me on a pro rata basis so we share the property tax? Just wanted to understand on the property tax payment responsibility in the year of sale?
