i have been qualified for interview for the post of Scale II in my own Bank after clearing written exam but managment intentionally dropped me from finally selction list I was given only 15 marks out of 30. while there was no any negative marking in my ACER OF 5yrs. Still i was ranked 14 among top 16 candidates. then managment has dereased final vaccancies by 13 to 16 notified vaccancies without any reaso0n or any notice. 2ndly mgmt did not place me on waiting list prepared by committee. can i go to court for challenging interview marks.
