I have given gov to do my land conversion ie agricultural to non agricultural land conversion
This process must take 4 months to complete
Now it's 6th months n still the process is pending .
We have a project to build a swimming pool .
If we start to construct it without permission wht may happen .
We wanted to go legally but they r wasting the time ..
Till they don't convert land we cant apply for swimming pool permission.. our papers are dir with the gov officer.
Wht will happen if we build swimming pool without permission.
What r the action taken by gov if we build without permission.

What all actions should I take such tht gov should not disturb my swimming pool .

1) illegal construction would be demolished

2) no permission would be granted for NA as illegal construction has been done by you on said land

3) it is better you wait til NA permission is granted by the authorities

1. If all the formalities is done the conversion should happen

2.However in certain category of proeprty like water body conversion is in many times is permissible.

3. However if there is no such instructions then conversion must happen by now.

4. If further delay is caused then filing a writ petition is an option.

If you want to build the swimming pool even without waiting for the sanction of government in this regard, then what made you to apply for it?

What you say is illegal and unlawful.

You want to know what government can do may be watched when the government machinery wold dismantle the swimming pool and also may charge you with criminal offences.

If it is getting unnecessarily delayed, you may find out that where it is stuck and adopt tactics to remove the obstacles.

If you commence the construction without seeking permission then your application for conversion of land may be summarily dismissed. Furthermore, the pool constructed by you may be sealed/demolished, apart from levying of penalty and launch of criminal prosecution which the state act may have authorized the civic body to do,
