The person who atains majrity can strat using any nameor surnameof his chpice.

For this he can make an affidavit affirmed before the First Class Magistrate and then make a newspaper publication in that regard.

For making an affidavit of that nature please take help of a local lawyer.

1) son can change his name by publication in official gazette and 2 local newspapers

2) also execute affidavit for change of name . It must mention your current name , desired new name , reasons for change in name . it has to be executed on non judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 . affidavit has to be signed in presence of notary public
