kindly reproduce the order passed by the HC

2) if single bench of HC has dismissed your case you can file appela before the divisioon bench of HC

3) if it has been disposed of by division bench then appeal lies to the SC

1. Te order of single bench order can be challenged before the division bench of the same high court under LPA.

2. The order of division bench can be challenged before the supreme court in SLP.

3.However on the same facs a fresh writ petition can not be filed in the same court.

you may file review petition before the same court or file special appeal before the larger bench. however, high court website is down so i cannot read actual judgment but according to high court rule you can file above said petitions it you feel aggrieved from the judgment.

If the high court's single bench passed the order then you can appeal before division bench or file a SLP before Supreme court along with the stay application for the operation of order which will be under challenged.

Can i again challange in high court? And can i get the stay?
